Engineering Center of the Drilling Equipment IG «Generation» (Ekaterinburg) was established in 2007 from leading design-engineers and experts of drilling equipment design.
It is a group of specialists with wide experience in designing of different types of drilling rigs, separate units and systems, facility itself. Many of them participated in development of innovative technologies, have patents and copyright certificates for inventions.
The Center performs the following works in the sphere of machine-building drilling industry:
- Designing and producing on its own production site of new complex drilling facilities, typical (standard) and according to special requirements of the Customer;
- Development of modernization of existing drilling equipment of the Customer;
- Alteration and replacement of overage drilling rigs.
In terms of the Engineering Center:
- Creation of designs of drilling facilities in Arctic Service (for the north and Yamal regions);
- Creation of highly portable drilling rigs with a possibility of transportation of them using airline service;
- Expansion of the drilling rigs designed by the Center on the international market of drilling equipment which completely confirms the international standards, consumers’ appeal and safety demands.
