Personnel of the department are high qualified technical specialists. These allows as quickly as possible upgrade the quality of existing technologies and develop new equipment, using advanced technology development of domestic and foreign manufacturers and designers.
Today main trends of work of «Generation – New technologies» are:
1. Design of the equipment and projecting of power and energy supply systems;
- Uninterruptible power system (static/dynamic);

- Diesel generator sets (work on diesel fuel, and also on crude oil)
- Gas piston units
- Power stations, work in dual-fuel mode diesel fuel-gas, crude oil-gas
- Gas-turbine plants - Development of engineering solutions to optimize the operation of power equipment;
- For DGU and GPU - solutions for cogeneration and trigeneration to generate electricity in conjunction with warm and cold, which greatly increases the efficiency of the entire installation;
- For gas-turbine installations – use of gas-steam cycle, which additionally produces increases efficiency;
- Multifunctional and special systems of direct mechanical drive

- Design and manufacture of power drives on basis of GTU and GTD

- Strainer-compensate units (static/dynamic) - devices, which allow automatically support the quality parameters of electrical network
- Static frequency and voltage converter - device, which allows automatically transform one voltage standard into other (for example, from 690V/60Hz into 400V/50Hz)
- Intellectual measuring complexes with IP-addressing – systems, which allow automatically make measurements of fundamental parameters of the electric system, creating a database of information received, automatically (via internet) to transmit values anywhere in the world;
5. Final assembly/hybrid solutions creation on basis of mechanical or electric drive unit which is functionally complete: pumping unit, compressor unit, a hybrid solution for the chassis, to realize the possibilities of establishing a mobile facility with a unified system management and monitoring;
6. Engineering monitoring is a process of monitoring at the facility in order to determine possible causes of malfunction of equipment, as well as the development of solutions on the basis of statistics. (Especially in the area of energy, i.e., the technical energy monitoring and audit);
It is necessary to note that, that all supplied equipment is provided with complex control systems and monitoring, designed and manufactured in accordance with specification confirmed with Customer.
In designing of new equipment «Generation – New Technologies» has the following key targets:
- Drop in investments at development of facilities;
- Increase of performed planned volumes of construction and assembly works, while maintaining the volume of investment;
- Reduce logistics costs;
- The reduction of erection supervision works and start-up works by contractors;
- Reduce of amount of personnel at execution of works;
- Reduce of number of special equipment at fulfillment of installation and construction works;
- Reduce of amount of personnel for organization of operation process;
- Reduce of fuel costs for organization of exploitation;
- Reduce of number of titles scheduled for replacement and repair of contract positions for service maintenance;
- Reduce of negative impact on the environment in the process of development and operation;
- Maximum readiness of equipment and engineering solutions for energy exploitation in context of outsourcing (before full process of outsourcing);
- Reduction of time on production of construction and erection, start-up, service and repair works (which is particularly important for development of Northern latitude).
In plans of LLC «Generation – New Technologies» for the next few years - development of power and energy equipment for exploration, for full integrated system management and monitoring, with possible rapid production of «turn-key» projects, and provision of all services, and in future - complete outsourcing of fields.
