On the basis of Sibirskiy scientific-research institute of oil industry (SibNIINP) established a department for design, construction of oil, gas and gas condensate deposits LLC «SibNIINP-Engineering». Major objective — is a development of design documentation for field facility construction.
The team consists of personnel who worked on leading design institutes of Tyumen: LLC «TyumenNIIGiprogazç», JSC «SibNATC», JSC «Gipromtyumenneftegaz», JSC «SurgutNIPIneft». Personnel of this department successfully combine the experience of leading experts (experience in oil and gas industry from 5 to 30 years) and young specialists (experience from 2 to 5 years).

- Gas pipeline of Kazanskoe NGKM-Myldzinskoe GKM (JSC «Tomskgasprom»);
- Development of Zapadno-Luginetskogo deposit. TCPS. BKNS (LLC «STS-Servis» Tomsk);
- Multi-phase pumping station on DNS of Orehovskaya area of Orehovo_Ermakovskoe deposit ( JSC «Magma» Nizhnevartovsk).
Specialists of LLC «SibNIINP-Engineering» took part in development of design and working documentation, realized field supervision for building of gas-petroleum pipelines of the following allocation:
- Complex field facilities development (oil, gas, gas-condensate);
- Intra-field gathering facilities for gas/oil, FPM;
- Gathering oil and gas pipelines, product pipelines;
- Oil and gas pipelines to connect to bulk systems;
- Bulk oil and gas pipelines;
- Gas distribution systems (with GRS, AGRS, GRP);
- Gas processing plants (GPP, GP and etc);
- Oil treatment plants (TCPS, UPN, UPSV and etc.);
- Booster pump stations (DNS);
- Gas booster stations (DKS);
- Units of accessorial allocation (OBP, VGK, bases of PTKO) utility facilities and constructions (VOS, KOS, boiler houses, power stations and etc.).
Three-dimensional modeling has brought a new visual standard - at first in virtual model they accept technical and communication solutions, and then a shift in design documentation and design of the project. The use of such design technology ensures that the integrity of the designed object model which has interaction and attribute data components, and allows to realize multivariate, parallel, cross-design with the technological characteristics of the transfer from one phase to the next.
Creating of three-dimensional model does not mean that drawings of the projected object are ready automatically; their generation is a consequence of technology, which in turn eliminates design errors in creation of working drawings, and the types of cuts; reduce the occurence of technology and communicational errors relating to the lack of design decisions related entities.
Introducing and developing the technology of three-dimensional modeling, relies on a deep automatic performance of the project - research output, which is an important competitive advantage of «SibNIINP - Engineering».
Designed and built by «SibNIINP Engineering» facilities located throughout the former USSR and the Russian Federation (European part, Urals, Western and Eastern Siberia, Yakutia, Chukotka, Kamchatka Region, the Far East, Central Asia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan). This center has work experience with foreign partners from Finland, the Czech Republic, England, Italy, the United States, France and Germany.
