Purpose of use:
  • for mud fluid supply to bottom-hole during exploratory wells construction both overland and offshore;
  • for pressurized pumping of liquids in metal mining, coal-mining, engineering and metallurgy industries;
  • for water pumping at pump-and-accumulator stations of heavy hydraulic presses.
The 950A pumps are available for group mounting on common frame with jib crane of high lifting power.

Advantages:
  • cost-effectiveness – due to reduced operation costs;
  • reliability and fail-safety – due to increased wearability of parts achieved by reinforcement;
  • usability and serviceability – due to rational design of hydraulic and redactor ends;
  • improved lubrication system layout.

Basing on the UNPT 950 pumps our company produces electric-driven and diesel-driven pumping stations.

Diesel-driven pumping stations can be used for drilling works in most remote and scarcely populated areas located far from power supplies. Diesel drive provides independency of drilling rig users from power suppliers. The diesel drive is operationally safe since it does not depend on power shutdowns in field networks.

In our pumping stations we apply diesel drives with modernized diesel engines 64Í21/21 (225Ä1) and reliable power units ÑÀ25.
Replacement of  the Â2500ÒÊÑ× diesels to the ÑÀ25 power units equipped with 6×Í 21/21 diesel allows to avoid problems connected with frequent diesel replacements and large oil consumption.

Efficiency of our diesel drives is got due to:

  • decrease of expenses for operation, repair and purchase of spare B2 diesel engines, ÐÖÑ1,53 reducers and couplings;
  • removal of one power unit as from single pump drive as from three-diesel module;
  • increase of mud pump drive power that speeds up a hole making;
  • decrease diesel fuel and oil consumption due to high economy of the 6×Í 21/21 diesels.
Torque is transmitted from power units to transmission shafts via air clutch; and from transmission shafts to pump via V-belt drive.
Pumps are controlled by the way of setting of rotary speed of diesel motors.

Since in complex drilling conditions the regulation of pump discharge is required to provide speed of hole making as well as for restoration of  mud circulation, we apply a variable-frequency electric drive for our pumping stations.

 Pump and drive unit are installed on the common frame. Drive unit includes electric DC motor, 1000 kW,  supply voltage 800V and tensioning devices. Transmission of torque from electric motor to transmission shaft is realized by the way of coupler from power unit to pump via V-belt drive.
Pumps control system consists of thyristor transducer with input device and high-voltage vacuum circuit-breaker with controls ÌÑÑ Flex Pak 3000 (Reliance Elektric) 1600À, transformer TRMP-3200 kWA, control panel for two mud pumps.
