IG “Generation” produces pump stations with diesel and electric drives on the base of drill pumps UNBT-950.
Pump stations with diesel drive may perform drilling works in distant and undeveloped areas, far from central line of power distribution. Diesel drive provides independence of drilling rig owners from power supplier. It is reliable in operation because it is not affected by emergency power cutoff that occur in field power networks and causes downtime of rig with electric drive.

IG “Generation” specialists at pumps stations creation use modern diesel drive. Updated marks of diesel motors 64N21/21 (225D-1) are applied in this drive and more reliable in operation power devices SA-25 are applied on their base. Replacement of diesel generators V2-500TK-SCh to power units SA-25 with diesel generator 6ChN 21/21 allows to drilling enterprises to avoid problems related to diesel generators change rate and oil consumption.

Efficiency of diesel drives applied by IG “Generation” is achieved due to:
  • reduction of operating costs, costs per repair and purchasing of V2 spare parts, RCS-1,53 reducers and couplings that are excluded from drive;
  • exclusion of one power device from individual pump drive as well as unit with three diesel generators; 
  • rise of pumps drive power allows to reduce fuel consumption and rise rate of well targeting; 
  • reduction of diesel fuel and oil consumption due to high effectiveness of diesel generators.
Drill pumps operation modes control is performed by rotation of diesel motor adjusting. Diesel drive provides autonomous power supply because necessary energy is produced by diesel generators that operate on liquid fuel.
In hard drilling conditions pump feed regulation is necessary for providence of drilling rate and during mud lost circulation treatment at pump stations with IG “Generation” electric drive, regulated electric drive with possibility of smooth variation of motor rotation is applied. In electric drive, dc electric drive with 1000kW power and 800 V voltage is applied. Pump and drive are located at one frame-base. Torque transmission from electric motor to line shaft is performed through pin coupling, from drive unit to pump through pin coupling, from drive unit to pump though V-belt drive.
Container type control system of drill pumps electric drives is made on element base of world leading producers providing high reliability and exploitation parameters.
