Purpose:
Rotors are used for rotation of drill and maintenance of drill pipes or casing string at their coupling/uncoupling during tripping.
Technical data:
| Rotary table hole diameter, mm | 700 |
| Safe static load to rotary table, ts | 500 |
| Static torque of rotary table, kNm | 80 |
| Rotary table rotation speed, rpm, max. | 350 |
| Gear ratio from drive shaft to rotary table | 3.61 |
| Weight (w/o bushing), kg | 4790 |

- The rotor structure has a reliable labyrinth seal of oil bath protecting against mud penetration and thus ensuring prolonged service life of gear-and-pinion set and of main gear of table.
- Conic gears of rotary mechanism have tooth of specific profile providing high accuracy and smooth toothing, and, thus, silent operation of a rotor.
- Use of the individual drive of a rotor with the brake ensures stepless fixing of table and smooth variation of revolutions number from zero up to maximum that raises hole making accuracy.
- The cast frame of rotor is adapted for montage and fastening of pneumatic casing spider. The pneumatic casing spider controlled by the pedal crane, arranged at the drillers' control panel, allows mechanizing gripping and releasing of production, drilling and casing tubing within rotor at tripping operations.
- For each standard size of rotor there are the pneumatic casing spiders (PKRBO-560, PKRBO-700), of similar structure and having different allowed axial load and nominal diameter of gripped pipes. Dimension-type series is defined by purpose and load capacity; mechanically principal parameter of pneumatic casing spiders is a rotary table opening.
