Purpose:
The system components are arranged at derrick, racking platform and outside the derrick at minimum distance of 60 meters apart from the well.
There is a messenger between derrick and tensioning device; carrier with a cab is arranged on a messenger. Carrier and cab are attached to monkey board by the help of eccentric normally-closed brake. If emergency occurs, a derrickman enters a cab, sits down to the seat and pushes the brake handle towards “him”. Carriage with cab suspended starts moving. The speed of movement is limited by hydrodynamic brake, and by hand brake, if necessary.
