Our Company produces steam modular boiler plant series UKM and PKN based on boilers series Å, Åm of steam capacity: 1 - 12,5 t/h, working on all types of fuel. These boiler-houses are widely applied in national economy, including an oil-and-gas industry and are designed for production of saturated steam by operating pressure 0,8 MPa. The design documentation of installations is developed with allowance for remarks and wishes of our customers.

Automation system functions

  • automatic and manual mode of boilers start and a shut-down:
    – regulating and steam capacity maintenance depending on load;
    – flexible adjustment of operation parameters of boilers as per regulatory requirements. 
  • Shut-down of boilers at abnormal operating practices.
  • Information displaying:
    – The information on boilers operation is displayed at LCD panel of controller and at operator’s information panel.
  • Safety (autonomous subsystems):
    – Monitoring of CH2 and CO density in boiler-house and cutting off of gas supply to boiler-house if densities exceed maximum permissible (maximum concentration) limits;
    – fire-protection monitoring of in boiler-house, turning on acoustical and light signals on operator’s panel;
    – îsecurity functions – access control to boiler-house and detection of unauthorized access into boiler-house with emergency signal actuation at operator’s panel.

ACDS functions include:

  • organizing of on-line data transmitting channels between operator and controllers. 
  • interfacing for process monitoring, controls of boiler-house assemblies and process parameters adjustment.
  • logging of boiler-house operation, archiving and data storage.

Boiler plant structure

Transportable boiler plant includes boiler module mounted on the frame and consists of following main units:

  • steam boiler,
  • fuel system,
  • water treatment module,
  • control system,
  • burner and draught devices.

Depending on power the boiler-house is made of several modules in the single block, including utilities. Each boiler-house module represents a frame on which heat-insulated two face and one side walls are placed, as well as heat insulated roof. Missing walls for transportation period are substituted with demountable panels. Junctions between roofs and wall panels are closed with special seals in order to prevent moisture penetration into boiler-house during erection works; or the uniform roof on the block of modules could be made.

The boiler-house building represents a complex consisting of transportable modules of the maximum grade of manufacture. If necessary in the additional room utility modules are placed.

To operation site boiler-houses are delivered by separate modules on flat-cars or by trucks. On site modules are rigidly interconnected inside a building. The maximum mass of one module makes 22 tons (it could be helicopter transportable).
