IG “Generation” designed steam fire-tube boilers series with steam-generating capacity 1-2,5 t/h. Em “Generation” series steam fire-tube boilers produce saturated steam under low pressure to be used in engineering, oil-and-gas industry, chemical production, agriculture, food and other industries. Structurally the boiler is realized in three way scheme: fire tube and two smoke tubes banks (second and third way) are located in the water volume producing maximum heat exchange surface. Due to the gas-tight scheme it can be used both in vacuum and under pressurization. Body is covered with high-quality insulation eliminating the loss.

Boilers are operated with ventilated (supercharging) automated burners, fittings and spare parts, tools and accessories by foreign and Russian producers. To achieve the best production characteristics you should use supercharging burners with smooth heating rate regulation and continuous feed water supply regulation depending on the used steam parameters.
