Purpose.

Hot-water-tube boilers KVa-0,2 Gn and KVa-0,4 Gn  are designed for efficient heating and hot water supplies for residential and public buildings, cottages, technological installations. Boilers are characterized by modular configuration; they are completed with built-in microdiffusion burner preliminary mixing gas with air.

KVa boiler structure.

Structurally, the boiler has a cylindrical tubular multiphase heat exchanger with a central arrangement microdiffusion fan gas burner. The heat exchanger is of small volume of heat-transfer agent with a high flow in pipeline. This construction promotes decrease of scaling, due to the removal of carbonate particles from tubular part, even if the water is not properly treated to be used in boiler.

Kva-0,2Gn boiler is the basic module for production of high power boilers. So, Kva-0,4 Gn boiler consists of two vertical modules 0,2 MW that considerably reduces the area under boilers in comparison to traditional strucures.

The microdiffusion construction of smooth regulating of the burner and small volume of heat-transfer agent sharply reduce time lag of the boiler and a gas rate on maintenance of the given temperature of heat-transfer agent at a varying weather environment.
