Modules connected on site represent small-size premises with boiler and auxiliary equipment and automation mounted inside.

Modules are made with panel-framed structure. Panels covered with thin shaped metal sheets are fixed on the steel frame. Heat insulation is performed by means of hard mineral wool boards, thickness – 80mm, with synthetic binder. Modules are connected in block on the longer side. Joints are packed with sealing material and covered with dismountable covering at place of erection.

Modules are transported without dismounting of installed equipment and connections by automobile transport (by trailer truck), railroad transport, water and air transport (by helicopters). Modules have electrical lighting. There is one gas fueled KVGM boiler unit with heating capacity 1.1 or 2.5 MW or VK-21 boilers with oil, boiler oil or gas fuel. Automation system provides start and stop of the boiler units, two-position control (40 and 100%) or smooth heat capacity control and protection when the selected operation mode is disturbed. Every boiler is connected with the metal stack by the gas glue. Boiler plant heat capacity can be increased by connecting extra boiler unit modules.
