The boilers are designed for heating of industrial, public and residential buildings, and also for hot water supplies.
Boilers are of heat efficiency 1,1 MW (0,95 GCal/h) and 2,5 MW (2,16 GCal/h)respectively, are designed for operation on gas or on light furnace (diesel) fuel. Depending on fuel type boilers are completed with gas, liquid-fuel or combined burners.
Boilers are full-automatic and can operate in "high", "low" and modulating regulation burning modes allowing to save fuel. Other advantage is their small dimensions, as contrasted to analogous boilers of other types. Boilers do not need the basement for installation and can be used both at construction of new boiler-houses, and at redesigning of existing ones at a lack of space.
Brief descrition:
Boilers are of water-tube single-way type with horizontal arrangement and forced circulation. Boilers operate on the water pretreated for heating systems; they are easy for operation.
Boilers are made in the form of prism with furnace and convection gas duct horizontal arrangement. Frame surfaces are formed with two side fuel and bottom close-coupled screen. Screens are made of seamless boiler tubes, dia 51mm. The burner is fixed to the box frame front wall filled with thermal concrete. The furnace length is limited with the convection surface first line. Convection surface is formed with horizontal sections, left in right as blinds of seamless boiler tube, dia 28mm.
Heat transfer medium intake and offtake are arranged in the front collector upper part. Preferable boiler temperature conditions are 95/70ºC. Boiler heat insulation is made of fibrous material under decorative metal shell.
Boiler advantages:
- Cost-effective and ecology-friendly operation
- High efficiency – up to 93%
- Made of ecology-friendly and harmless materials
- Low detention log
- Easy and convenient maintenance
