Thermal oxidizers meant for combustion of toxic liquids, gases, vapors and different volatile organic compounds using method of thermal oxidation at high temperatures. Thermal oxidizers applied for neutralization of gases and vapors and re-duction of the harmful wastes to atmosphere.

Purpose

Thermal oxidizers applied in chemical, textile, leather treatment, paper converting, printing, automobile industry, at produc-tion of paints, lacquer, coats and glue, plastic liquid fuel and in coating technology.

Substances, which can be burnt

Gases, vapors and volatile organic compounds can be burnt in thermal oxidizers (for example: acids, acrylonitrile, ammonia, benzene, crude oil and hydrocarbon vapors, ketones, liquid turpentine and other pulp and paper wastes, merkaptanes and others).

Principle of operation

Temperature in combustion chamber reaches the level, necessary for safe oxidation of toxic environment. After that automatic gate opens and air supplies to the combustion area. Than toxic environment supplies to the combustion area. All processes are automated. Thermocouple controls temperature in the combustion chamber. Chamber also has UV sensor of flame presence, sending signal in the case of flame failure. Control cabinet equipped with automatic regulation system. All pipelines, valves and connections applied in the weatherproof and explosionproof design.

If necessary our specialists can manufacture regenerative and recuperative thermal oxidizers. They equipped with heat gathering systems. You can use the heat upon your decision. Thermal oxidizers are permitted to use as per resolution No RRS 04-9584 of Gosgortehnadzor of the Russian Federation.
