BPJT device
Unit consists of technological and instrument rooms mounted to joint basis and made as independent closed enclosures (rooms) with doors.
- The following is located in technological rooms:
– two-section technological vessel for storage of diesel fuel and oil;
– pumps, intended for fuel supply in unit outlet;
– strainers for fuel purification before pumps and micron filters for fuel purification after pumps;
– explosionproof heater, for room heating;
– gaseousness indicator;
– necessary pipe line valves;
– ventilation system. - The following is located in instrument room:
– unit inspection and control panel;
– furnace for room heating.
- Modular construction.
- Oil heater operation on different oil types and oil emulsions.
- Automatic start-up heater running on diesel, thermal mode switching on (operation is performed on oil). Stop of heater operation is performed in reverse order that excludes coking and nozzles and pipelines blocking by frozen oil.
- Automatic maintenance of main parameters of heating oil (temperature, viscosity, pressure, quality filtration and etc.) and high parameters of fuel combustion that provides optimum flow and minimum emissions to environment.
- Presence of spare line for fuel delivery and preparatory fuel reserve, excludes hitches of heater due to fuel absence or fail of main delivery lines.
- There is no need to comply the set of heater with different additional equipment (pumps, heaters and etc.).
- Equipment protection from unauthorized access.
- In full accordance with safety requirements.
- Possible to use one unit for maintenance of up to three PP-1,6 devices.
