Purpose

Tubular furnaces are designed for high-temperature heating of oils and oil products in refining processes. Hydrocarbon gases, water, inert gases and other medium can be heated if required.

Heating furnaces can be equipped with steam heaters or processing water steam generators, occupying max. 20% of total heating area. The furnace consists of radiation chamber, equipped with radiant coils, burners, sight ports, manholes (with doors) for maintenance, explosion ports and fire control unit; convection chambers with convective pipe bundles and heat-utilizing surfaces (steam heaters, economizers, air preheaters, steam generators); - gas flues and stack with gate-valves. Furnace body has internal refractory lining and heat insulation, preventing heat losses. Furnaces are equipped with primary control units and devices regulating raw material heating. There are emergency blockings to provide safe operation of the equipment. Furnaces are completed with service platforms, ladders and access boards.

Tubular furnace, Type VS

The box-shaped furnace with vertical coils, for free vertical flare combustion of combined fuel. Radiation coil pipes are arranged on all four walls of radiation chamber. single-row screens of double-end illumination are arranged on the radia-tion chamber walls. There are seven standard sizes of these furnaces, each standard size differs from another in amount of radiation chambers. Above the radiation chamber the convection chamber with horizontal plain pipes is ar-ranged. Burners can be maintained from both sides. The furnaces are lined with light-weight refractory concrete. Furnaces VS are installed in the LK-6-U system. They can be applied in AT units and also at secondary treatment systems, etc.
