Usage

Block heater with intermediate heat carrier is intended for gas heating in well production collection, transport and preparation system.

Feature of block heater with intermediate heat carrier PBT-1,6MV

PBT-1,6MV heater is a cylindrical vessel (casing) with flatted bottom, mounted on sledge of welded construction. There are fire box equipped with burners with electric spark and exhaust stack, and product coil in casing. Unit of fan assembly for air feed for combustion is included in the scope of supply. Heater is equipped with automation system for control of its operation.
Technological process of natural gas heating is performed as follows. Fuel gas for heater is obtained from product coil, flows to fuel preparation unit and then to ignitor and main burner. Prepared gas is bunt in fire box giving heat to intermediate heat carrier. Intermediate heat carrier heats product circulating in coil. Cooled products of gas combustion are transferred from fire box to atmosphere by means of exhaust stack.



Furnace body is a cylindrical ferrule with two half flanges for fastening of coils on one side and fire box on the other.
Furnace casing is a cylindrical ferrule with two half flanges for coils fastening on one side and fire box on the other. In upper part of ferrule of furnace casing there is overflow tank through which pouring of intermediate heat carrier is performed. Couplings, mounting and technical blockings are cut in casing. Coil is constructed with two fire boxes and made of pipes with ø89 mm. Coil has mounting flange, inlet and outlet sleeves.
Heater sledge has welded construction made of structural stock and is for installation and fastening of casing bearings, one of which is movable.
Fire box is a flat – topped construction made of pipe with ø730 mm, in which flue gases transfer heat to intermediate heat carrier through the wall by means of radiative-convective heat exchanging.
On side surface of heater casing there is a fuel gas preparation unit with devices for purifying, reduction and control of fuel feed to burners.
Unit of fan assembly provides air feed to burner and is a free standing heat-insulated unit.
Access platform is fastened to device casing in working position.
Heater is equipped with automation equipment that includes field control instrumentation (installed on heater) at lower level, automation system at lower level. Automation system performs automatic ignition of pilot and main burner with pre-ventilation of fire box chamber, tracking of technological parameters of product heating process, working and emergency signaling with automatic shutdown of fuel gas feed at deviation from values of controlled parameters.
