Description of Construction
PP-0,63AV heater is a cylindrical vessel (body) with flat bottom, skid mounted. Fire box is situated in the body. It is equipped with burner units with electric spark ignition and exhaust stack, and product coils.
Technological process of natural gas heating is performed as follows. Fuel gas is obtained from product coil, flows to fuel preparation unit and then to ignitor and main burner. Prepared gas is being burned in fire box giving heat to intermediate heat media. Intermediate heat media is heating product circulating in a coil. Cooled combustion products are dumped from fire box to atmosphere through exhaust stack. Furnace body is a cylinder course with two half flanges for coils fastening on the one side and fire box on the other. In the upper part of course of furnace body there is overflow tank. Pouring in of intermediate heat carrier is carried out through this overflow tank. Couplings, mechanical and technical lobes are cut in body.
108 mm, has attachment flange, input\output connections. Coil is made from pipes.
Sledge of heater has welded construction from structural stock and are intended for installation and fastening of body supports. One of supports is movable.
630 mm, Fire box is a flat topped construction made of pipe. Flue gases transfer heat to intermediate heat carrier through wall of this pipe by means of radiative-convective heat exchange. Fuel gas preparation unit with devices for cleaning, pressure reduction and control of fuel input to burners is on the side surface of heater body.
Access platform is fastened to body of device in operating position.
Heater is equipped with automation equipment which at lower level includes field control documentation, installed at heater, at medium level includes automation system. Automation system carries out automatic ignition of pilot burner and main burner with pre-ventilation of combustion chamber by natural draught, tracking of technical parameters of product heating process, working and trouble signaling with automatic fuel gas stop at deviation from norms of controlled parameters.
