Purpose
- Modular multiphase pumping station is designed for pumping of liquid-gas mixture from oil-wells without gas phase separation with gas phase content up to 100%. Pumping station is equipped with the ANM-2V two-screw pump units.
The ANM multiphase pumps allow pumping of water-oil-gas mixture at inlet pressure of 0 - 6,4 MPa at differential pressure, max. 6,0 MPa.
The pumps offer the following advantages:
- Separation and gas-pumping stations or oil control units are not required
- Station can be used at peak boosts or oil influx
- Pumping pressure normalizing; pressure relief in pipes and in wellhead
- Effective utilization of pipelines and equipment
- Oil recovery increase
- Longer service life of oil fields

Pumping station includes:
Pumping unit (or units) including:
- multiphase two screw pumps with explosion-proof controllable electric drives;
- process pipelines with ñ fittings, valves and protective devices;
- auxiliary systems.
Control unit (power supply) includes:
- pump overspeed governors;
- station operation units controls and cabinets;
Station modules are equipped with relevant life-support, safety, fire-control and environment protection systems. The turn-key principle of pump stations supply provides the consumer an essential profit due to quick start-up, dismantle and set-up at new locations.
