Purpose

Oil and gas separators are designed for non-foamy oil degassing and oil-well gas treating and are used in the sys-tems for collection and conditioning of oil products at oil fields located in the II5 and II4 regions as per GOST 16350 in moderate and cold-temperate climatic zones as per GOST 15150 where air temperature for operation is:
 – - moderate climatic zone: + 40 °C to minus 40 °C;
 –- cold-temperate climatic zone: + 40 °C to minus 60 °C.

Separators are designed for operation at seismicity up to 6 points (within 12-points scale).

Separators are available of 4 structural types:
  1. 1. Type I is used in configuration with preliminary gas extraction components (depulsers);
  2. 2. Type IP is used in configuration with preliminary gas extraction components, with defoaming nozzle;
  3. 3. Type II is used without preliminary gas extraction components;
  4. 4. Type IIP is used without preliminary gas extraction components, with defoaming nozzle.
Depending on operation conditions, the separators are thermally processed and equipped with fastening for thermal insulation. When ordering the thermally processed separator a customer should provide layout diagram for service platforms fastening. The sealed surface of connection flanges is specified in the order. If required by the customer it is admissible to modify separator’s structure in regards to additional components mounting and changing of connec-tions location as per specific process requirements after the designer’s approval.
