Purpose

Capacity vessels applied for receiving, storing and supplying liquefied and gas products under excessive pressure up to 10 MPa (100 kgf/cm2) and temperature from 63Ê (–21°Ñ) to 973Ê (+70°Ñ), and also at atmospheric pressure and under vacuum (with remaining pressure not less than 5 mm Hg).

Types of vessels:

  • Capacity vessels of vertical and horizontal design manufactured under the catalogue ÖÈÍÒÈÕÈÌÍÅÔÒÅÌÀØ (ÒÓ3615-006-00220322-2000);
  • Horizontal cylindrical vessels for liquefied hydrocarbon propane and butane gases, type ÎÑÒ 26-02-2080-84;
  • Horizontal underground drainage vessels for petroleum product storage, type ÒÓ 26-18-34-89;
  • Customized capacity vessels under individual projects of customer;
  • Vessel with volume 4 ì3, for transportation and storage of petroleum products. Operating pressure up to 0,7 kg/cm2, temperature of environment from +50 to –40°Ñ, material – steel Ñò3ñï;
  • Vessels with tube bundle (ÃÝÝ) and vertical vessels with jackets (ÂÝÝ) for receiving, storing and supplying liquefied and gas products with constant or periodical heating (cooling);
  • Vessels, operating at atmospheric pressure, for receiving, storing and supplying liquefied nonexplosive, nonflame and nontoxic medias;
  • Vessels with internal coils (ÂÊÏ, ÂÏÏ) for receiving, storing and supplying liquefied nonexplosive, nonflame and nontoxic medias with constant or periodical heating (cooling).
Pressure of heat carrier in the jacket or coil for listed above vessels should not exceed 0,6 MPa (6,0 kgf/cm2). Supply of liquefied medias can be provided by self-flowing or by compressed air, technological or inert gas. Vertical vessels without jackets and coil can be used as sump tanks.

Vessels can be all-welded or consisting of separate blocks, depending on terms of transportation and assembly by customer. Shells of vessels with thickness up to 10 mm and diameter above 4000 mm can be produced by rolling method.

Plant manufactures capacity vessels from steels: Ñò3, 16ÃÑ-12, 09Ã2Ñ-15, 12Õ18Í10Ò, 10Õ17Í13Ì2Ò, 10Õ17Í13Ì3Ò, and also from aluminum and alloys :06ÕÍ28ÌÄ, ÕÍ65ÌÂ, ÕÍ65ÌÂÓ, ÕÍ78Ò, 15Õ18Í12Ñ×ÒÞ, 02Õ8Í22Ñ6-ÏÄ, Í70ÌÔ-ÂÈ, Í70ÌÔÂ-ÈÄ, from titan ÂÒ1-0.

Two-ply steels: main layer – Ñò3, Ñò20, 09Ã2Ñ, 16ÃÑ, 12ÕÌ, 15Õ5Ì; platting layer – 08Õ13, 12Õ18Í10Ò, 10Õ17Í13Ì2Ò.
