PurposeThe apparatus is used technological processes in liquid single- and multi-phase medium of dynamic viscosity max. 5 Pa.Ñ (50 P), max. density 2000 kg/m3.
Apparatus capacity range: 0,10 - 100 m3; material: carbon steel, low- or high alloy steels, nickel or titanium alloys.
ÀApparatus are manufactured in compliance with customer-approved projects developed by scientific and research staff under the licenses of Gosgortehnadzor of the Russian Federation.
Coil or jacket medium: tap water, recirculated water, brine solution, condensate, saturated vapor or high-temperature or-ganic heat agent (minus 30 to plus 250°Ñ).
The structural design solutions include the following:
- Pressurized operation: with elliptic heads; standard operation (tank loading): flat heads;
- Operation with/or without heating element (jacket, coil);
- All-welded body ( w/ service manhole), or equipped removable cap (flanged connection);
- Gland-sealed or face-sealed shaft;
- Agitator types: turbine, blade, gate, rake and impeller agitators, etc.
