The Dzerzhinskhimmash produces metal spans for pathways over rivers, ravines, railways and highways.
Manufacture supervision and acceptance is realized by the Bridge Inspectorate.
- - To produce metal structures we use main (longitudinal) beams of standard type of railway spans (project 383-79). Transverse beams, bridge floor elements, banquettes are manufactured separately, then all parts are assembled together. Pipeline structures are easily connected to any type of paths and can be varied both in length and in width.
- Bridges are designed to make way for truck transport as per the scheme “ÀII” – 2 load paths and NK-80 ac-cording to SNIP 2.06.03-8 . Bridge dimensions are G-11, +2õ1,0 m.
Base material of main structure: metal sheets 10ÕÑÍÄ and 1 ÕÑÍÄ; fastenings are made of 0Õ “Select” and 0Õ.
Average weight of structures is 1 0 – 200 tons, where the factory-made structure weight makes 80–100 tons for any bridge.
