JSC “Dzerzhinskhimmash” production capacities have facilities for producing lobes of the semi-circle heads with the diameter 4500, 5000, 5500, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000 mm
The diameter of the produced elliptic heads die forgings is 159 to 3200 mm, wall thickness 6 to 30 mm in compliance with GOST 6533-78. The forging with wall thickness to 90mm can be produced on request.
The plant removes scale from the forgings and performs edge mechanical processing on customer’s request
Flat or rerolled performed heads, supplied by the customer, should be produced in accordance with TU 26-37-80 for forging. Metal certificate should be attached. Weld reinforcement should be removed on both sides.
When heads are produced of customer performs the plant makes only non-destructive examination of the welds after forging.
