Tube furnaces intended for high-temperature heating of oil or petroleum derivatives during their processing. Hydrocarbon gases, water, inert gas and other medium can be heated up if necessary.

Tubular box-shaped furnace with the top smoke gas exhaust system and horizontal wall or central tube shields; bulk – razing combustion of combined fuel or razing combustion of gaseous fuel to the frontal walls.

Version I. Burners are located in two lines on the frontal walls at 45°. The flat wall is located along the furnace axis and burning flares are pointed on it.

The GN2 furnace has two radiation chambers. One is preferably used for “mild heating” processes (cocker units, cracking) with low thermal stress (35 kW/m2 (30 MCal/m2/h).

Version II. Burners are located in decks on the frontal walls. The two-row horizontal shield is along the furnace axis. Heat is forwarded from the frontal walls with fan burners (GVN-0,35; GVN-0,75). The given type of furnace is designed for mod-ernization of existing surface combustion furnaces, and also for the average output processes with gas fuel, high-hydrogen fuel.
