Note: Horizontal heat exchangers are designed to operate at 4,0; 6,3 MPa. Heat exchanger diameter of 630 mm is considered as outer diameter, the exceeding diameter is specified as internal diameter. In the same way, tube length 1 is applied for 3000, 6000 and 6000, 9000 mm. Apparatus can be produced with tubes diameters of 16, 20 and 25 mm.

1000 – shell diameter, mm;

ТU – U-tube heat exchanger

1,6 – shell pressure, MPa;

М1 – material design;

25 – heat-transfer diameter, mm;

6 – tube length, m;

Т – w/heat-transfer tubes arranged in sheet in equilateral-triangle way.

Square arrangement of heat-transfer tubes is available on request.
