Workshops of the plant have all necessary equipment including preparation, boiling, welding and machining equipment, allowing to perform the following:

Knife cutting of sheet metal with thickness up to 40 mm;
Thermal ()термическую (oxyacetylene and plasma) cutting of sheet metal with thickness up to 200 mm;
Shell bending with wall thickness up to 90 – 120 mm;
Welding: automatic under flux, electroslag, semi-automatic in the protection gases and manual electric-arc;
Elliptic bottom stamping with diameters from 90 to 3200 mm with wall thickness up to 90 mm;
Semi-globe bottoms stamping;
Thermal treatment of vessels with diameters 4500, 5000, 5500, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000 mm and length up to 36000 mm;
Mechanical treatment of details and units with diameter up to 8000 mm;
Quality control of welding seams by NDT methods (ultrasonic defectoscopy, X-ray control, dye penetrant and luminous defectoscopy).

At equipment production we use carbon, low-alloyed, high-alloy, two-ply steels, and also alloys with titan, aluminum, nickel and other.

JSC "Dzerzhinskhimmash" has its own river port, allow supplying to any part of the world heavy vessels, fully assembled with weight up to 640 tons, maximum ready for operation (reducing assembly period).

JSC "Dzerzhinskhimmash" has all necessary certificates and permissions:

Certificate for manufacturing vessels, operating under pressure, in accordance with international standard ASME section U;
Permission for application on vessels and columns, capacity and heat exchanging vessels, vessels with mixing devices and others;
Permissions for designing and drafting.
