“UralNIIGiprozem” JSC undertakes the following kinds of work:
Land use and cadastral works:
- Land state research activities, planning and organization activities for rational land use and its protection,
- activities for formation of new and adjustment of existing projects of land use and their protection,
- activities for formation of new object of land planning and specifying its borders at the area (territorial land planning)
- activities for rational land use by individuals and legal persons for farming industry realization, and also for organization of territories used by native underpopulation of North, Siberia and Far East of Russian Federation, for provision of their traditional way of life (farm boundary adjustment);
- activities for collection and systematization of information for provision of governmental and municipal resources management; state monitoring of land usage and land protection; state registration of rights in immovable property and transaction with them;land planning; economic valuation of lands and cost calculation of lands that are in composition of natural resources;
- Other activities related to possession, usage and disposal of natural resources.
Topographic-geodesic works and special mapping
- Conduction of topographic-geodesic, cartographic and other research and survey works, necessary for design of construction documents for land planning, keeping State Land Cadastre and for other purposes;
- transfer on territory (in full) approved, in accordance with the established procedures, projects with issuing to owners of corresponding documents, detailed drawings, maps, cartograms and other materials;
- creation (development) of geodesic control network;
- creation (development) of plane networks of class 4 and fine grids of 1and 2 categories;
- creation (development) of leveling network of I, III and IV classes;
- purpose-made land survey at a scale of 1:5000-1:200, including a survey of underground and ground structures;
- Renewal of purpose-made topographic plans (engineering-topographic) at a scale of 1:5000-1:200 and cadastral plans in geographical, digital, photographic forms;
- engineering-geodesic maintenance of geoinformation systems conduct of system enterprises, communities and governmental cadastral (town planning and others);
- cameral and field tracing of linear building projects;
- geobotanical, soil and other surveys for special plans and maps creation;
- planning with deduction of specially protected lands;
Special survey and complying of project documentation:
- for motor roads of III and IV category;
- for arterial highways and streets of cities;
- for local streets and roads in an apartment block;
- for water supply and water carriage;
- for power supply up to 10 kV
- for irrigation and drainage system;
- for engineering preparation of grounds;
- estimating documents.
Maps preparations and data banks keeping.
- electronic atlases creation
- inventory of data about earlier accountable areas;
- data inventory according to lending contracts;
- data inventory according to purchase contract;
- Data banks creation and maintaining of their keeping.
- Procedure of preparation and approval of “Act of ground area selection for building” with processing of materials on indemnifying including loss of profit, losses of farm production and cost of biological restoration of faulted land, losses of forestry and fishery, payment for usage of water body and subsoil, other statute-instituted payments;
- borders project preparation and conciliation with interested related land users.
Creation of informational complex based on land planning, surveying and other materials with application of MapInfo and “Cadastral office” software, intended for:
- Keeping of volumetric data base of land;
- Package of land planning documents formation;
- monitoring of documents circulation process during land formation and allotment;
- functioning of information retrieval system in land resources;
- dimensional analyses during new lands planning;
- keeping of advance print;
- organization of input medium of dimensional data and geodesic information;
- procedure of maintenance of keeping a file in governmental cadastral;
- of lands of all categories
- of real estate units.
Preparation of materials and documents for land transferring from one category to the other one with future maintenance procedure
- Along with above mentioned kinds of works, “UralNIIgiprozem” JSC has an opportunity to fulfill other works related to preparation of conclusions and expertise on rational land resources usage.
Our institute has the following licenses:
- Performance of engineering surveys for construction of buildings and facilities of I and II levels of responsibility according to state standard.
- Design performance of buildings and facilities of I and II responsibility levels according to state standard.
- Performance of cartographic activity.
- Performance of geodesic activity.
- Performance of works related to usage of secret information.
- Performance of activities and services in scope of state secret protection.
“Ural NIIGiprozem” specialists carry out works on basis of current technologies with application of newest computer equipment and peripheral devices of new generation. Program pack CREDO, MapInfo Professional (Cadastral office), InGeo is used for information processing and for plans creation.
Initial information processing is performed using two widescreen scanners (Contex 3040 Chroma č ProScan), A4-A0 format scanners including scanner with slide module for negative scanning. Printing of large-format black-and-white and color documents is performed using 5 Hewlett-Packard DesignJet 800 plotters.
There is a big park of equipment, including GPS stations, electric tacheometers, levels etc. for performance of survey. Institute has its own modern automobile park and snowmobiles on its disposal.
