JSC “Bulanash Engineering Plant” rejoiced its 30th anniversary in 2006. The plant was under construction according to under directive documents, its founders were the directors of "Uralmash" and, in particular N.I.Ryzhkov.
The planned is equipped with the advanced and unique machinery; big means for housing and social-culture building were allocated. Enterprise primary activity planned to manufacture oil-drilling pumps, first of all, for Uralmashzavod. Started from one shop floor in 1976, the factory has grown in one of the major enterprises in the region. From 1983 up to 1990 at factory active building and plant development, equipped with the advanced high-efficiency equipment and progressive technology for release of drilling pumps UNBT-95O and NBT-950 were conducted.
In 1993 the plant has been transformed to JSC "Bulanash engineering plant", and in August, 1994 on its base the joint Russian-American enterprise TOO SP "Uitli-Ural" has been created for the purpose of development of new production, increase output volumes and maintain the staff. With the use of design documentation and technologies of American firm "Wheatley" on capacities of Bulanash machine works manufacture plunger pumps with indicators of high reliability has been adjusted. The electric driven pump units made on their base have appeared to be 10 times more economically units on the basis of centrifugal pumps for maintenance formation pressure at crude oil output.
In 2000 JSC "BEP" has renewed business partnership from JSC "Uralmash", having concluded the contract on manufacturing of details of the drilling equipment and on delivery of universal three-piston pumps UNBT-950 that has allowed to increase an output volume considerably. NBТ-950.
Since 2003 “BEP” begins the new life as a part of IG "Generation". Factory reconstruction, updating of park of the equipment has begun. Development of new kinds of the equipment for an oil output and to increase manufacture of three-piston pumps is planned. Besides, on capacities of factory it is planned to adjust release of the boiler equipment.
Now the factory delivers to oil industry workers of Russia and the CIS three-piston pump units ANT-90, АNТ-150, АNТ-370 (OMEGA-500) on technologies Wheatley GASO (USA), modular and block sectional pump stations (МКNS, BКNS) on their base, drilling pumps NBT-950, NB-600, pulpal diaphragm pump units NPD-125, power hydraulic modules UNBP on the chassis, and also spends starting-up and adjustment works of the delivered equipment, trains the operational personnel and provides service. Production which is let out by factory differs from the European quality, high operational characteristics and safety in operation. The system of maintenance of quality of production is certificated according to the international standard ISO 9002.
Quality management system of JSC "Bulanash engineering plant" is certified by certification authorities federated systems of quality JSC "ROSTECHCERT" (http://www.rostehcert.ru) - official representative Quality Austria in Ural Federal District, on conformity to requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2000 (GOST R ISO 9001-2001 with reference to designing and manufacture plunger pumps, modular sectional pump stations, reducers, piston drilling pumps, knots and details for extracting and processing industries, including oil and gas, water supply and chemical, and as to manufacture of metal goods.
