JSC "Neftemash", a part of IG "Generation" specializes on releasing of the unique equipment without which it is impossible to carry out extraction, preparation, processing and oil and gas transportation.
The nomenclature of production output by the enterprises is widely known among the oil and gas extraction companies of Russia and countries of CIS. For more than 65-year history the enterprise had a reputation of the reliable partner and the supplier of the advanced and effective equipment.
Industrial group "Generation" offers customers complex decisions on the basis of furnaces of direct heating PTB-10À, PTB -10Ý, PTB 5-40À, PTB 5-40Ý, PPN-3, PT 4-64G, heaters PT 6,3/200, PT 16/150, PT 25/100, and also heaters with indirect heating PP-0,63A, PP-1,6, PBT-1,6, PPT-0,2, NUS-0,1 for more effective preparation of oil are offered installations of preparation of oil UPN of type "heater-treater/desalter", horizontal sediment bowl ÎG-200Ñ, installations of preliminary dump of water UPSV, oil-gas separators NGS, demulsifies DG-1600. Effective and harmless burning of passing gas is provided with torch systems SFNR. For storage of mineral oil we offer capacities EP, ÅPP and devices.
The history of Syzransky enterprise "Neftemash" started at 1942 when on the basis of the evacuated Ljudinovsky plant the Syzransky mechanical-repair factory has been organized. The enterprise was assigned a mission - manufacturing of spare parts for the drilling and oil-field equipment. The factory consisted then of several wooden blocks in which about a hundred workers repaired the equipment.
- The 1960s were marked by intensive development of new kinds of production for the enterprise. These are bus bodies, mobiles, mobile boiler units, vacuum degasifies, automated block gas furnaces, quanset buildings etc. As the enterprise grew, it became powerful modern enterprise making difficult metal-consuming installations.
- In November, 1993 as a result of privatization the enterprise was been transformed to JSC "Neftemash".
- June, 17th, 2002 it is possible to name as a date a new reference point in the history of "Neftemash" – the factory became a part of IG "Generation". At the enterprise reconstruction and the organization of new manufactures was made.
JSC "Neftemash" – is a state-of-the-industry enterprise with high industrial standards, qualified personnel and huge potential. Experts of the IG "Generation" attentively study existing problems of oil industry workers and solve them, offering new modern and equipment convenient in service, expanding its assortment. Aligned industrial engineering guarantees careful execution of obligations on deliveries of the oil and gas equipment, and mobility of structures allows mastering and make in short terms production with the ordered characteristics and specialized properties. Quality of execution of orders of any complexity is guaranteed by high qualification of workers and engineers of the enterprise, and also by checking department and the advanced scientific workings out of laboratories of the enterprise. Special attention is paid to ecological indicators of turn out products. Work on transfer of the equipment working on black oil, into gas fuel is being successfully conducted.
In the beginning of 2003 the new division – the Service centre is created. Employees of the centre render to buyers the service services connected with installation, commissioning of the got installations, training of attendants, etc.
As at factory creates the Scientific and technical Center. Its creation has allowed to master faster new kinds of production, to lift a technological level as workings out, and the equipment let out for oil and gas branch.
JSC "Neftemash" is a member of the Union of manufacturers of the oil and gas equipment (since 1998), the Sredne-Volgskoy commercial and industrial chamber (since 1999).
Long-term serious work on perfection of turn out production and the attentive relation to inquiries and wishes of consumers allow JSC "Neftemash" to feel itself confident in the conditions of a rigid competition in the market of the oil equipment.
